Pray4Peace: An Interfaith Response to Violence Near and Far—USA

The Interfaith Observer http://theinterfaithobserver.org published a guest editorial for the September edition called “Pray4Peace: An Interfaith Response to Violence Near and Far” http://theinterfaithobserver.org/journal-articles/2012/9/15/an-interfaith-response-to-violence-near-and-far.html

WPPS UN Representative Rev. Deborah Moldow co-wrote the piece with Dr. Dorothy Maver, president and CEO of the National Peace Academy and executive director of the River Phoenix Center for Peacebuilding.  In it, they explore the power of prayer as a response to both natural and man-made disasters, and particularly to “the very illness that has plagued human history, our addiction to violence.”
