Fall Equinox World Peace Ceremony at The World Peace Sanctuary-USA

Back in the Spring-2012, Jim Dugan started leading quarterly World Peace Prayer Ceremonies on the newly refurbished Peace Path at The World Peace Sanctuary and has continued in honor of the Summer Solstice and the recent Fall Equinox. On each of these evenings a group of local Peace conscious people get together and walk up the Peace Path, praying for people in each of the UN Member States starting at the Peace Pole that represents Afghanistan ending at the Peace Pole representing Zimbabwe, with all stating in unison “May Peace be in…” then “Country Name” of the Peace Pole we were at. Special prayers and wishes were stated for each Country that needed some extra prayerful energy sent its way and then stating aloud “May Peace Prevail On Earth” frequently throughout the process.

At this Fall Ceremony we had a special guest speaker, Lama Sanje who came and performed a Fire Puja to help us all spread peace here and beyond. Please join us for the Winter Solstice World Peace Ceremony here at The World Peace Sanctuary on December 21st at 6:30 PM. We will have a simple pot-luck that evening after the Ceremony.
