Four Peace Poles Installed in Rockford Neighborhoods – Illinois, USA

Multiple drive-by shootings over the past week in three of Rockford’s housing projects have many people who live in and around those areas fearing for their safety.

Families hope the installation of a Peace Pole today is a turning point for their neighborhood.

The (4) Peace Poles (which bear the Universal Peace Message “May Peace Prevail On Earth”) were  installed at  the following housing projects:

Blackhawk, Fairgrounds, Orton Keys, and the Jane Addams Housing Complexes
