Peace Pole to Mark the 100 Day Countdown to 2024 UN International Day of Peace Nigeria

May Peace Prevail on Earth International, Nigeria as a build up to the 2024 UN PEACE DAY which is planned to hold at Abuja the Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria on Saturday, September 21, 2024.

We visited the Uyo Catholic Diocese Secretariat and presents a Desktop PEACE POLE to the Chancellor of the Diocese Rev Fr Dr Charles Ekeng as Ambassador of Peace. Also presented to him was Peace Stickers, Medal and Peace Button with the message “May Peace Prevail on Earth”.

We also meet with the Diocesan Bishop who took the Peace Pole and read May Peace Prevail on Earth in different languages as was inscribed on the Peace Pole. 

We plan to prepare more Peace Poles, Peace Buttons and Peace Stickers to further raise the consciousness of Peace in our society.
